Guidelines for Submitting Content

Only Registered Users may submit stories and articles.

Please read the following guidelines/requirements prior to submission:

We accept the following for publication on this site:

• True Angel and True Life Story Content: An event that happened to the author or someone close to the author.
• Factional Stories: (Fictional stories based on a true event)
• Fictional Stories: (Stories created in the mind of the author)
• Poetry and Prose
   

All Stories, Poetry, Prose and Other Materials must meet the following criteria:

1. Submitted material must be a true story.

Please note: While we appreciate all submissions, not all stories will be placed on the web, nor can we acknowledge receipt of the story. In some cases short stories may be combined with other stories.

2. Do NOT type your submission in all-capitalized letters. It is very difficult to read and I have to reformat it completely. (Some stories never make it to the web site because of this one factor.)

3. Please check your spelling and grammar prior to submission.

4. Author must give US permission to edit (if needed) and publish the story in any media including electronic or print publications. Please Note: We do not give other people permission to publish your story. If you wish it shared with other web sites, you must submit the story to them.

6. Author's "real" name, address, e-mail address and phone number must be included with story, although the only personal information placed for public viewing will be the author's name and/or geographical location. (The city/state/country of author will be included unless we are requested not to share that information.) The story copyright and ownership remains with the author. However, when the story is published on the this web site, or other media we own, it is also protected under our copyright. Please note: If you do not choose to identify yourself, please do not send your story!

7. There is no compensation for materials submitted to this site.

Submission Rules:

1. Become a registered user of this site.

2. PLAIN TEXT ONLY format. Do not use html markups, graphics or ALL CAPS.

3. PERSONAL INFO: Include your personal information at the end of the story in the following order:

Full Name
Mailing Address (including city, state, zip)
E-mail Address
Phone number
Date true story happened (as close to the exact time as possible).

4. Submit your article via the website form (see side bar under Member's Content) after you have joined the site.
