I sensed their presence all around.
I longed to see beyond the veil

A stranger smiled when I was down.
A kind word spoken to my need;
I look to see; no one's around. I walked today where angels walk;
I entertain them, unaware
The stranger who just "happens by"
Is sent by God, his love to share. At last I see beyond the veil
A simple truth so often mocked.
Unrecognized, they're in our midst;
We walk each day

My uncle, his wife wife and four children had just come from a grocery store to buy a few items needed for the dinner. Everybody hurried to play except my uncle's wife who started to prepare the meal. Meanwhile my uncle went to the vacant lot in the opposite side of the house to check a few things there. He used as a parking lot and their van was parked about 500 meters away from him when suddenly he heard a horn blowing! |

My son Rick was murdered some time ago and as a mother it was difficult to leave California and move to Texas after retiring. I used to visit his grave all the time. My other son decided to stay in California. In Texas my husband and I did not know anyone and we happened to move to a new subdivision in the hill country. It is beautiful here, but I was very very depressed after the move. There were only two houses built at the time and the mail boxes. |

A hullicination? A dream? Her guardian angel? Meg doesn't know for sure but she does know a big shining man rescued her from "the monster" when she was just five years old. Her life threatened by a man who lived with them, Meg was miraculously rescued by a huge, shining creature she belives was an angel. |

On the morning of March 31st 1987, around 3:00 am, as I slept alone in my apartment, I was aroused by three very gentle tugs of my bed covers, by the foot area of the bed. I had my bed covers up around my neck, which is always how I sleep. I did not awaken, but was aware of SOMETHING. I guess I fell back to sleep, but the same three gentle tugs came again. I again was aroused, but again did not open my eyes. The third time the tugging happened, I was aroused enough to turn around to my right, and open my eyes.

Angel At The Bus Stop
This story is possibly fictional but is still a great inspiration -- a "modern
day" parable that restores one's faith in God's love.
There was still a steady rain when Amee trudged into the shelter at the bus
stop that evening. Sitting heavily on the bench, she stared at a muddy gutter,
and wondered when things would ever change. So much had been wrong; she felt
she was slowly being crushed inside. The physical therapy after the auto accident
was only supposed to be for a couple weeks. |
