A Simple Poem

Angel of sweet mystery,
always stand by my side,
when I need help I will turn to you,
when I need love you are there.
Angel sent from the heavens above,
sent from God to me,
hold me now,
and I am content,
to be with you forever more.
My guardian angel,
who shelters me,
from myself when I am cold,
from others when I am warm,
and from life every day.
