- Great - but why the price increase?
Exactly what I wanted to brush up on my piano skills. I don't use all the extras (different instrument sounds, etc.), but they seem to work fine, too.

I bought this in March for less than $140. At the time of this review (two months later), the price is approx $280. Why the increase?

If the price stays high, then consider purchasing from Best Buy (and don't forget to get an adapter).

The sound that comes from this unit is phenomenal. And the grand piano setting is really lovely; it really does sound like a grand piano - you won't be disappointed!
There is a teaching aspect to this unit that I have yet to be able to fully appreciate. Maybe I just need some easier songs? I haven't played the piano since I was a kid and I never got very far with my lessons. - Nice Price, Nice Keyboard
I received this on Christmas as a gift from my mother-in-law. This is the first piano I've ever owned. I never took lessons and taught myself how to read sheet music. The tone is extremely nice and I love the touch response. I can play songs from "Unfaithful" by Rihanna to "Don't Stop Believin'" by Journey and it sounds like the real deal.

The only complaint is that it has a 2-track recorder. Would be nice to have an 8 or 16-track. I'd even settle for a 4-track. Also, it can only ... Read More

I don't have a lot of experience using keyboards... I got this one because I used to play the piano more when I had easy access to one and I didn't want to lose all that I had learned. It's a great product for the price. I really like the touch sensitive keys and the multitude of various instrument sounds that you can use.
