 Rating:  - A remarkable grooming tool and a must-have for shedding cats!We are a 5 cat household and there is no shortage of cat fur during those periods of the year when cats shed most. Our cats are indoor cats, so grooming is extra important to help them avoid hairballs (since they won't get all the grass and roughage inside as they would outside). I mean ... Read More Rating: - WOW!!!All I can say is "WOW!" The FURminator is amazing. I can not beleive the fur that it removes. My cats don't seem to mind it. A word of advice...brush outside or on tile, because so much hair is removed and it gets all over. Great product! Two of my neighbors even decided to buy one right away after a little showing off what it could do. It was able to remove more hair in a 30 minute session than what my previous grooming tools could do in an hour. Even better was how good the animals looked afterward. Read More Rating: - Good ToolGreat tool for cats, too. The only reason I'm not giving it a 5 star is the price & the fact that only 2 out of my 5 cats like it. The others either run (including the long hair I got it for *sigh*) or fight it. But my 2 that like it, absolutely love it! They will sit still & allow a complete brushing. After I'm done, I have enough fur to make another cat! Be sure to do your brushing in an area without a carpet. Otherwise, you may find yourself needing to pull out the "vacuum monster". I decided to brush him one day and it turns out he's not actually fat, he just had a TON of hair. The hair that I got off that cat more than filled a plastic grocery bag. It was nasty, but now he doesn't shed nearly as much and seems much happier. It makes the dogs' coats nice and smooth and healthy as well. A great purchase.
